Families new to CCA can begin filling out this form on Monday, March 2nd.

This is the first step in registering for CCA.
After submitting this form, please click the “Sign in and Pay” link on the confirmation page to complete your registration payment. If you do not see this link, please refresh the page and sign in using the icon in the top right of the page.

Once your registration fee has been paid and your account has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email notification. This is a manual process and may take up to 36 hours; however, we will approve accounts as quickly as possible.

After receiving your approval email, you may sign in and select classes for your student(s). Detailed directions will be included in that email. If you do not see the approval email, you may return to this site and sign in to check whether your account has been approved.

2. I understand Chesterfield Christian Academy partners with the Chesterfield County Police Department to provide on-site security for our campus. The cost of this service is shared between CCA families and CCA Administration.

Each family’s annual security fee is determined by the total number of hours the student(s) is enrolled in CCA classes and will be reflected on the annual tuition invoice. The fee ranges from $20 to $150 per family per year. (1 required) Yes, I understand.

Payment Instructions

Please use the link on the confirmation page to pay your registration and new family fees. Applications cannot be approved until these fees are paid.

You will find a link to an invoice for your registration fee once your form is submitted. This invoice must be paid before you are approved to join classes. If you don't see a Pay Now button on the confirmation page, you can sign back into the site and you should see your registration invoice.

Registration payments should be made online. You may use an e-check or a card. Note that a card incurs a 3% fee.

NEW FAMILIES (or families who have not attended CCA in more than two years): Please select the option for the New Family Fee in addition to your Registration Fee.

ALL FAMILIES: Please select only one of the Registration Fee options below.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FEE: Because the Kindergarten Open House is scheduled after Registration opens, families who choose to register beforehand will have until Friday, March 13th to cancel and receive a refund of registration fees. Please note that card processing fees are non-refundable.
