Sara Robinson To All Instructors

Sara Robinson graduated with her degree in Sign Language Interpreting in 2002 and has been interpreting and teaching Sign Language for over 20 years! She loves the language of ASL and is privileged to have worked in the fields of education, community, & Video Relay as well as provide interpreting services in her church from time to time over the years. Her educational work experience includes interpreting in colleges and school systems in the mid-west as well as Henrico County Schools, Chesterfield County Schools, and Virginia Commonwealth University. She interpreted full-time over a span of 15 years before she and her husband decided it was time to come home and start homeschooling! She has been working free-lance as well as homeschooling her 2 children now for 6 years and has also been offering private and group Sign Language classes both in-person as well as virtually and is so thankful to also be a part of the CCA team, too! She teaches all of the ASL classes at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels and loves to incorporate activities and games to encourage fun and learning! She loves her church family, hiking, basketball, music, going for walks, riding bikes, rocking on her front porch on a sunny day, games, and spending time with her family at the beach!
