Mrs. Ginny Maitland To All Instructors

Virginia and her husband, Jerry, are parents to two sons, Jerry Wayne and Jakob, and a daughter, Olivia. Virginia worked in the Human Resources field for many years until 2014, when she felt the Lord calling her to stay home with her daughter. While homeschooling Olivia, Virginia realized she had a passion for teaching and loved that homeschooling allowed children to learn in exciting and non-traditional ways. When the opportunity came about to teach Culinary Arts and Baking at CCA, she jumped at the chance to share her passion! She loves teaching a new generation of students recipes that were passed down from her own grandmother, a baker for many decades, and recipes that she currently uses in her own baking business. There's nothing she loves better than seeing her students' creativity come alive in the kitchen!
